Originally the mascot for the XeZzamE Operating System, Penelope Starlight was given physical form by a cabal of alien cats that believed
her to be a machine goddess made in their image.Due to the circumstances of her creation,
she has to feed on human blood and
evade sunlight to survive, as if she were a vampire.Upon death, she will be reformed by the very same cat aliens, but looking different each time.
